ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role has the responsibility for administrative tasks of the Logistics division.

JOB DIMENSION

Support and arrange travel, visa/exits, hotel for all Production employees, and Consultants whenever required

ACTIVITIES

When required by Logistics Manager, the logistics assistant has to assist him by doing administrative tasks such as, but not limited to:

Support and arrange travel for offshore personnel. Ensuring the best possible service is provided by being on time and obtaining the best possible travel schedule when following Company procedures.

Obtain visas and exits for offshore personnel. Distribution of documents and mail within the Logistics teams

Keeping track of visa’s and exits to prevent loss of workdays for the employees offshore. Manage travel arrangements with the Logistics team, including visa requirements.

Support all travel arrangements flight, hotel, travel etc. for all production employees and consultants. – Arranging International hotel bookings for offshore personnel for overseas training.

Securing heli bookings for NOC offshore staff and Consultants whenever required while maintaining a clear overview of heli bookings for scheduled NOC staff.

Verification of Invoices-Travel & Hotel.

Coordinating and administering offshore TV channels by maintaining an overview of validity and cards issued.

Participation in the Duty roster.

The operational elements in the position require 24/7 mindset.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

The job is based in Doha – NOC head offices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education: College or equivalent. – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – Sense of organization and good order – Serviceable and voluntary
