Job Description

As the Head of Segment Marketing, you will define and implement the consumer marketing strategy for Vodafone Qatar. Responsible for growing market share, NPS, brand consideration and commercial KPI’s for these segments. Develop and deliver segment P&L targets for fixed and mobile services and lead a team to deliver clear insights branded claims and roadmap activities for key segments thought the year

You will be responsible for..

  • Defining the Consumer Segment Marketing Strategy by identifying and prioritizing competitive customer, channel and commercial opportunities through rich insights
  • Leading the definition of simple and differentiating segment branded claims and insist of the the delivery of a roadmap of Go to Market activities, propositions and customer experiences
  • Leading the engagement with Group and cross-functional teams to define and drive implementation of new differentiated propositions for the key segments
  • Lead a deep understanding of the market, competitors and opportunities and create a culture of insight rigors and driving for deeper customer understanding
  • Delivering and improving segment performance and P&L by regular commentary on segment & product performance and improvement initiatives
  • Providing company wide leadership on Go To Market and customer experience excellence by adoption of world class digital practices and prioritizing customer experience initiatives across all segments to improve NPS
  • Lead, motivate, coach and develop segment teams, ensuring they have clarity of direction and support in prioritizing demands
