What is Popup:

Popup (www.popup.page) is the only no-code e-commerce platform that enables merchants to build Online Popup Stores powered by visual customer journeys. Popup was founded by 3 people (Corey, Matteo, and Cait) who are ex-Shopify and who have over 30 years of combined experience in e-commerce.

With Online Popup Stores merchants can visually build and control customer journeys while managing multiple online Popup Stores from 1 admin in multiple languages and currencies. There’s a video on our site to see it in action.

About the role

The success of Popup is directly measured against the success of our Merchants. Not only how well they adopt the product, but how successful their business is, holistically.

This role is one of the first hires in the Merchants Success department. You will be working with the Director of Merchant Success to execute strategy for Merchant Success and Merchant Education. With that in mind, you will be building out your role, hiring, training and building the first Merchant Success team, working directly with Popup Merchants, creating workflows, and collaborating with the founding team.

A few things we’d like you to have:

  • You enjoy building and improving things
  • Team building experience
  • Experience training and coaching team members
  • Remote work experience, Slack, Zendesk, Guru, etc.
  • Experience working with customers and customer accounts
  • Understanding of Customer Success metrics
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle
  • Understanding of Zendesk
  • Customer relationship management, engagement, expansion, advocacy
