As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for handling the bakery section in the kitchen. You will ensure that high-quality bakery items are produced for all the F&B outlets including banquets and outside catering in accordance with the hotel standards.

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a large and diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
