The Handyman is responsible for performing small multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but is not limited to: carpentry work; electrical; plumbing; painting; HVAC; flooring; outdoor landscaping and snow removal; general facility repairs.

Education:

High School graduate and previous experience in a similar field

Technical Skills:

Knowledge in many aspects of repair & maintenance work

Technology Skills:

Technical ability and knowledge of various basic electrical and mechanical equipment

Language Skills:

English language proficiency.

Communication Skills:

Good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
