As a Guest Relations Officer, you will provide personalized service to our guests and special auxiliary services to Front Office operations particularly in functions concerning welcoming VIP guests and ensuring their welfare while staying in the hotel.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- At least a minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel and/or resort
- Very good English communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
