- Writes, edits, and publishes posts, both planned and real-time, for various social networks, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and any future channels.
- Tracks and reports on social media insights, with a particular focus on engagement by clients and other key constituencies, as well as traffic generated and conversion rates.
- Develops and maintains an organized system of physical and digital storage for design and social media assets.
- Visually elevates the brand through innovative concepts and design.
