Job Description

Responsible for managing government relations transactions, documentation and communications with the aim of ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of kitchen operations in their respective country. Processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies and other job responsibilities delegated as per Management.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Liaising with the municipality, economic department and any other government departments in relation to Trade License/ Food safety approvals / Trade permits and setting up of new branches etc.
  • Keeping abreast with current labor/ immigration laws and update the BD and Ops team on labor related matters impacting partner acquisition and onboarding
  • Keeping the Legal team informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the company legal risk, and those are not being addressed adequately.
  • Preparing periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as necessary and as required.
  • Directing the preparation and maintenance with respect to visa documentation related to new starters, leavers, transfers and renewals.
  • Organizing attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labor.

What Did We Order?

  • 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Government laws and regulations
  • Basic knowledge to review lease agreements and provide comments where necessary
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
  • Able to solve standard problems and propose suitable solutions.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Valid driving licence
