We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at the Oryx Garden Hotel as a Front Desk Agent.
The newly opening Oryx Garden Hotel will be located at Hamad International Airport (HIA) and is operated by Dhiafatina Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Qatar Airways Group.
As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible in providing professional and customer-focused services to our guests at Oryx Airport Hotel. You will ensure that the guests will have a memorable experience by attending to their needs with utmost professionalism and care. You will serve as the first point of contact of our guests and will handle their requests and complaints, registration and reservations. You will provide them information about their hotel rooms, room rates and facilities of the hotel. You will ensure that all check-out guests payment is balanced at the end of the shift.
You will provide prompt, courteous and efficient services to all guests, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival until departure. You will personally greet and escort guests to their rooms to make them feel expected and welcomed.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer application.
- Exposure to a multi-cultural environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Pleasing personality and willing to work on shifts.
- Knowledge of Opera systems is a definite advantage.
