About the role

As our business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Charter Sales Team in Doha as a Flight Sourcing Analyst, key accountabilities of which are below:

• Sell charters by establishing contact and developing relationships with global customers through emails and cold calling
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance on booked charter flights
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight closure in respective systems
• Complete flight monitoring to ensure financial and operations related items are up-to-date and complete
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Support Line Manager in strategically developing and delivering Charter Sales revenue targets, maximize returns from existing market whilst identifying and penetrating new markets where appropriate
• Support Line Manager in developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways’ Trade partners and corporate clients

About you

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of Charter/ Cargo Sales experience
• Clear and in-depth knowledge of Air Cargo products
• Knowledge of Cargo Market trends and Competitor Awareness
• Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
• Self-starter and can-do attitude
• Good analytical, influencing and negotiation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
