Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and monitor financial and non-financial data, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide, on a periodic basis, informative and value-adding financial analysis on areas that represent the financial performance and position.
• Prepare and provide, in a timely manner, financial analysis reports that are used for management decision-making.
• Act as a communication bridge between Finance Management and the business stakeholders.
• Professionally deal with senior stakeholders from different departments, including Operations, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain.
• Identify opportunities for improved cost management and efficiency.
• Carry out solid segmental analysis and performance attribution analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in Restaurants, Retail and F&B industries.
• Solid knowledge in accounting and finance
• Excellent knowledge and skills in financial analysis and reporting.
• Possess business sense and analytical mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Academic or professional certificate is an advantage (i.e., MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA).
