Nova Labs is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team and be the voice of the company as we execute and explore new channels of acquiring new businesses. In this role you will become an expert on Nova Labs products and services to help grow our business.
You are are a great relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality. You will also use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates prospecting, email communication, and calling at scale.
- Initiate contact with new potential customers through outbound prospecting/cold calls.
- Identify needs of the customer and qualify their interest.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to identify winning strategies for outbound prospecting.
- Deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Executives.
- Set up meetings and demos.
- Achieve the monthly goals that are set out for the role.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for developing sales skills.
- Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Organized and a self-starter.
- Metric-driven individual with a high-reaching side. You want to grow your career in sales and are motivated by success.
