Field Sales Manager (FMCG) – Modern Trade is responsible for managing and developing the trade channel in Qatar to deliver the agreed growth targets related to the A&P modern trade business. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies for A&P key accounts, improving visibility and distribution that will drive share improvements, building a strong relationships with assigned key accounts and developing a strong motivated sales team. The role is a hands-on role that will require significant time in the market throughout the country.
The focus area for the Field Sales Manager – MT is to manage the sales activities for modern trade and achieve revenue targets. Work closely with the team as well as all incumbents involved in the sales cycle.
