The Executive Secretary Provides a high level of administrative assistance and performs a variety of clerical duties and will be;
- Responsible for assigning, reviewing, monitoring and coordinating the work of other subordinate secretaries and clerks working in the section.
- The executive secretary will provide executive assistant to Executive Directors or Assistant Executive Director, Senior Facility Engineers, Engineers of any reports for facility maintenance services.
- Also, to provide administrative services for the Corporate Engineering Department which includes data analysis, preparing technical reports and responsible to update JCI and FMS requirements of the hospital.
- HMC is looking to identify companies to provide assistants with appropriate experience for supporting the department’s technical administrative duties
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications;
3 years’ experience in Administrative or Clerical activities out of which 1 year as a Secretary
Completed degree level/equivalent
Minimum level of education required
4-Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science
Minimum level of experience required
