Our client, a leading property Investment company in Qatar offering a wide spectrum of investments is looking for an Executive Sales Manager to join their growing team in Doha.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop yearly and quarterly Sales Strategies
  • Train, and Coach the Sales Team
  • Delegate tasks, assign accounts and set deadlines
  • Set a target and motivate the sales team
  • Keep track of the sales team commission data
  • Overseeing and managing clients’ accounts
  • Setup the sales department budget and help prepare the agreements
  • Meet with potential clients referred by international investment partner Banks.
  • Attend and represent an international investment in exhibitions and seminars
  • Support sales team close their deals
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of the sales team
  • Prepare the required sales reports
  • Property Investment Sales experience
  • Experience Selling Off Plan developments & Developing Property Portfolios
  • Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or real estate.
  • Previous managerial role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Well organized person
  • Decision maker
