Events Planner / Coordinator

We are currently hiring for Events Planner / Coordinator for a group of Restaurants.

  • Preferred Nationality: European or East Asian
  • Salary will be negotiable upon the candidate’s experience.
  • Work Location: Aspire, Al Waab, Qatar.
  • Open for overseas or local hiring!

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist General Manager to organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain events and activities results records.
  • Analyze event and activities costs and coordinate with General Manager to assign prices.
  • Calculate daily event and activities receipts.
  • Identify and estimate activities & events supply requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in activities as per country standards.
