Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager to organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain events and activities results records.
- Analyze event and activities costs and coordinate with General Manager to assign prices.
- Calculate daily event and activities receipts.
- Identify and estimate activities & events supply requirements.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in activities as per country standards.
