Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan and manage all events organization
  • Develop and coordinate program format, stage design, audio-visual, security, logistic, broadcasting, translation components according to the client’s brief
  • Coordinate events design with objectives related to social media and PR communication
  • Manage a team of experts made of stage designers, chief editors, production directors, technical directors, logistic directors, films director…
  • Control budget allocation according to the client’s objectives
  • Ensure coordination of the concept phase, pre-production phase, production phase and postproduction
  • Assess the results and impact of delivered events and adapt the formats for upcoming events
  • Candidates with QID (Completed one year) + NOC

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum experience number of years: 10 to 15-year experience in international events management.
  • Minimum Education Qualification: Master’s Degree
