Your day to day

As the Director of Information Technology, you’ll direct the Information Technology Department of the hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members – making sure all activities are delivered safely and with compliance. You will ensure our technologies are installed properly, working efficiently and that system security measures are in place. You’ll also partner with Operations team to install new systems to improve hotel operation always compliant with IHG standards and guidelines to meet guests’ needs and make sure hotel operations teams have the tools and resources they need to work efficiently.

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following competencies and experience:

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field
• 5 years related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and Hotel
• Property Management System
• Great communication skills
• A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Recognize the need for continuous renovation and modify approaches and make adjustments based on the trends needed
• Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
