Promote and sells Doha Bank Products and services.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for selling new and existing products for existing and potential customers.
- Follow up the customer’s issues and keep them on the maximum level of satisfaction.
- Consult with customers to maximize bank returns.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Provide feedback to the rest of the sales team on how to better satisfy client needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and, employees.
- Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages to meet customer satisfaction.
- Ensure delivering superior customer service, by providing personalized service.
Education & Experience Required:
- High School / University Degree.
- Good English communication skills, Arabic speaking is a distinct advantage.
- Adequate skills in computers.
- Previous Banking Sales experience.
