Digital Project Lead

Overall mandate

• Responsible for implementation execution of digital products/projects
• Drive digital product roadmap, enhancements and operations enterprise-wide
• Scope of responsibilities
• Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets, schedules and resources plan
• Develop detailed plans and monitor progress (e.g., milestone tracking)
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., COMPANY mgmt., products development teams, IS SMEs) for the duration of the project
• Ensure digital strategies and project deliverables are aligned with overall business goals
• Use content management systems and project management software
• Ensure risks are assessed and escalated on time for prompt mitigation actions

• Executive-level experience at driving business and technology change
• Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent relationship management skills at multiple levels of the organization
• Overall understanding of industry needs, trends and core processes and the use of digital products to optimize performance
• Experience with Agile methodologies and way of working
• Experience in managing complex digital transformation journey with a business value-driven approach
• Ability to coordinate and align key executive stakeholders for both Business and IS sides
