Digital Account Manager / Community Manager

Works closely with Digital Account Director to support for delivering high-quality e-business strategies, solutions, tools and services to enable the Org to meet digital marketing needs.

Digital account managers will be required to report on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily basis.

Minimum Experience:

5 years of account management experience in the design or advertising industry.

Minimum Experience for Senior Digital Account Manager:

7 years of account management experience in the design or advertising industry.

Minimum Experience for Digital Account Director:

9 years of account management experience in the design or advertising industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA in Business or Marketing. A GCC and/or MENA experience would be a plus.

Skills Needed

  • Expert writing, oral communication skills and editing abilities; in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
  • An in-depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
  • Ability to perform click-through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem- solving skills
  • Presence – leadership, authority, energy, patience and intuition.
  • Skill in handling multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to act with diplomacy under pressure within a client environment.
