- Manage large amounts of incoming calls/messages
- Follow through on inquiries to ensure completion and satisfaction
- Solve customer problems creatively
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through friendly, open and interactive communication
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and resolve their queries and requests
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Compile basic reports based on incoming queries
- Should have good English skills (written/oral) – a must!
- Good customer service skill

- Arabic knowledge – added advantage (Arabic + English – written and oral skills in both languages.)
