The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Ideal Profile

  • The candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience in the Customer Support Voice Process.
  • The candidate must have taken 2 doses of Covishied with 14 days of completion
  • Must be available to join within 15 days from the date of selection.
  • The company does not provide Food and Accommodation, the candidate must take care of this.
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to take care of Joining Air Ticket and 2 days Quarantine expenses in Qatar.
