Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the new clients in opening accounts with the company according to the official documents and information
  • Interacting with the client and providing services that enhance his continuity and confidence in the company
  • The customer service broker representative works directly with the Marketing Department to implement the marketing plan, meet clients, and bring in more clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications & skills

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Good in Arabic & English (speaking, writing).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
