Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the new clients in opening accounts with the company according to the official documents and information
- Interacting with the client and providing services that enhance his continuity and confidence in the company
- The customer service broker representative works directly with the Marketing Department to implement the marketing plan, meet clients, and bring in more clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications & skills
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with customer support.
- Good in Arabic & English (speaking, writing).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
