Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Business, Industrial engineering.
  • 10 years of experience as a Customer service manager.
  • Organize, plan, and monitor customer excellence.
  • High experience in the customer service process.
  • Working in an organization that offers multiproduct to customers.
  • Expertise in customer service, customer retention is a must.
  • Overall knowledge of transport industry, container shipping and logistics.
  • Knowledge in planning customer journeys.
