We are currently looking for a Customer Service (Female) in Qatar.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
  • Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other
  • Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Advice on company information.
  • Inform customer of deals and offers


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Speaks Arabic.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.


  • Call Center: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
