We are currently looking for a Customer Service (Female) in Qatar.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other
- Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Advice on company information.
- Inform customer of deals and offers
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Speaks Arabic.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Call Center: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
