- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Computer knowledge, PowerPoint presentation, Excel, Words
- Excellent verbal/written/ communication skills Arabic & mandatory good English
- Min 3 years of experience in Costumer Service
- Knowledge of office RND system,
- Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to self-driven, ability to work under pressure and handle the critical situations during the working process.
