  •  Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  •  Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  •  Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  •  Computer knowledge, PowerPoint presentation, Excel, Words
  •  Excellent verbal/written/ communication skills Arabic & mandatory good English
  • Min 3 years of experience in Costumer Service
  •  Knowledge of office RND system,
  •  Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
  •  Ability to self-driven, ability to work under pressure and handle the critical situations during the working process.
