Full Job Description
- Maintain ongoing and frequent communicate
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Work with the related divisions of Axios
- Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with My Net Express staff including My Net Express global staff.
- Maintain customer information by updating their records.
- Ensure the company’s reputation by providing good customer service.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Conduct administrative duties for the office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Educational Background and Experience
- Any Degree or Diploma or relevant experience in customer service management from 0 to 2 years of working experience in an administrative role is ideal.
Salary: From QAR3,000 – to QAR4,000 per month
