Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant (Front-Desk).

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a shopping Centre/hospitality background preference for front-desk
  • Point of contact for assisting all customer queries in a friendly & efficient manner
  • Willingness to work in a customer-oriented fast-paced environment
  • Accept to work on weekends, holidays and outside the official working hours
  • Must have excellent communication skills
