Required Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree
- Good level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, Arabic is desirable
- Proven customer support attitude or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong client contact handling skills and good listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
