You will coordinate the Cabin Crew training plan and leave bids with relevant stakeholders whilst ensuring the efficiency and productivity of resources and manpower. You will apply lateral thinking to ensure maximum utilization of available resources while ensuring compliance to policies, standards and procedures as laid down by the department. You will ensure time and attendance management with roster uploads and plan and prepare a training calendar for trainers.
You will also produce statistical and analytical reports as required by management in relation to classroom, trainee and topic/subject usage and delivery, complete trend analysis reports as required and provide feedback on process improvement, efficiency recommendations and providing solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have a university degree with a minimum of 4 years of job-related work experience. You will also have a well-developed knowledge in one or more planning disciplines, such as rostering or time and schedule management. You will have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet applications and other relevant systems and software.
Knowledge of forecasting for training and resource requirements and AICP certification preferred.
