As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Team as a Customer Experience Data Specialist.

  • Oversee regular delivery of Salesforce reporting and data analysis to help internal stakeholders in better understanding the market trends, and their customers’ transactions, behavior, interests and attitude.
  • Coordinate with business intelligence team to establish governance rules for data management for Salesforce and available systems.
  • Oversee the design and development of account and shipment data on Salesforce system using ETL tools for continuous improvement and to support business operations.
  • Manage organization and maintenance of data designs, and collation to support department reporting requirements.
  • Consistently assess existing data practices and standards, and ensure implementation of industry best practices for data archival and security.
  • Defining data ownership, conventions, rules and standards to be used within reporting and modelling of the customer data.
  • Manage vendor relationships for analytics toolsets and research capabilities through scheduled interactions with stakeholders and attending conferences, events, and forums to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Maintain Salesforce repository of monthly reports and keep proper documentation of processes to track insights and monitor progress of reporting and analytics, to give guidance for driving optimal value to the business.
  • Guide and facilitate the design, development, and integration of customer data from various sources into a single source of the truth to be used for executive and strategic reporting.

About you

  • High School qualification with minimum 5 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Experience handling reporting and analysis of complex customer and/or commercial data.
  • In depth understanding of current market conditions including competition landscape.
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Specialist skills in different analytical and visualization systems and tools such as SAS, SQL, Power BI, SAP BOBJ.
  • Skills in data extraction, transformation and visual analytics.
  • Skills in account/portfolio/client management.
  • Command of English language.
