Customer Care Coordinator

We are hiring for your skills for assisting the management of the customer feedback process with customers through the entire cycle from analyzing the feedback request, facilitating the investigation process through to finalizing the resolution and structuring the necessary response.

Other Operational Duties Would Include

  • Investing, analyzing and independently responding to the customer feedback received from various sources.
  • Carefully studying reports generated from concerned departments internally to establish the reason for the complaint and to propose the appropriate compensation level to the team lead.
  • Employing high levels of empathy and positive vocabulary in your written and verbal communications to the customer.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Customer Engagement & Loyalty – Customer Care Team.

  • Relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Able to fluently read, write & speak in English.
  • Fluent communication skills (read, write & speak) in German, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian are advantageous, not essential.
  • Possess active listening skills to analyses complex customer feedback and determine actual customer intent.
  • Possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
