As a Customer Care / Call Center Representative, you are working with our team and support our global team as required. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for the food industry and its related technologies.

We need the Representative to be exceedingly well organized, excellent in multitasking, flexible and willing to take on new challenges for our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be familiar with business administration, communications will be experienced in handling a wide range of business and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.

Required Skills:

  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • 3+ years of administrative, call center or customer care
  • Excellent computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English is a must (reading & writing)
