In your role as a Credit Controller for Hilti, you will establish and maintain direct communication with customers, Hilti’s direct sales force and customer service teams for prompt payment collection while regularly reviewing and updating risk ratings to mitigate Hilti customer’s credit risk.

What does the role involve?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely action is taken to maximise cash collection from the accounts under your control in order to achieve a level of debt acceptable to Hilti. You will release orders in line with the Hilti’s credit policy and determine the credit worthiness and risk of current and potential new accounts.
As a Credit Controller with Hilti, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers by identifying, actioning and resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner whilst ensuring that each account is kept accurate and up to date and is in accordance with the customer’s needs. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to raise the profile of the department through participation in cross-functional and customer-related activities, by providing suggestions for improvement and positive change within the department.

What you need is:
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance; Masters’ degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of credit & collection experience
- Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in English – written and verbal; Arabic is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
- Empathy and ability to work with others in a multicultural environment
- High learning agility
