- Meet the expectations of delivery and pick up
- Communicate with despatch/CS when customer needs change and use initiative and judgment to meet customer expectations
- Assist with a range of Operations tasks as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must have clean, open and current manual Qatari driver’s license with more than one year of driving experience
- Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role including moving, lifting, carrying, loading/unloading various shaped/weight objects regularly
- Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style
- Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
- Knowledge of safe manual handling practices/OHS issues
- Sound educational background, with basic knowledge of the Service Industry
