Job Duties and Responsibilities
Actively search for clients and leads.
Follows up the occupancy reports on a daily basis and works focused on the set targets.
Attract new tenants and selection of prospective clients.
Schedules appointments with prospects.
Maintaining accurate records on properties and clients.
Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements.
Displays residential and commercial properties to clients and explains their features.
Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork, payment and ensures proper customer service.
Track lease expires and negotiates renewals.
Negotiate prices within/above average agreed with Direct Manager.
Issues lease proposals (Quotations) to potential tenants.
Negotiate commercial terms of the contract and special lease conditions with potential customers.
Responsible for meeting corporate and government entities’ sales targets set by the organization through effective planning.
Follow-up deals and ensure any sales closed and business activities and documents comply with the company policies.
Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
Manages Business Accounts with professionalism and persistence with the aim to fill the Properties as per the Sales and Marketing (Corporate Leasing) Plan, the revenue strategy, and the objectives set.
Execute sales promotions and negotiations to secure and retain tenants.
Ensures that the newly rented unit is clean and in good condition/ready to occupy prior to tenant move-in. close coordination with leasing, maintenance, and facilities departments.
Carrying out competitor analysis, their activities regarding new product launch, their marketing policies, and its reaction on customers, for planning the promotional activities accordingly.
Managing business growth along with focusing on customer retention, developing business strategies for achieving performance targets, providing excellent sales and after-sales services for maximizing sales, consumer satisfaction, and customer retention.
Negotiate with clients and customers when necessary to convert the booking and involve the Management as often as needed.
Follow up with the leasing department to prepare the contracts for new required units.
Ensure that all conversations and decisions with clients met each day are registered.
Ensure that the database is clean and up to date at any time.
Accompanies the prospective tenant to the model / Sample unit during viewing.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
At least a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in bulk sales and marketing.
Previous experience in real estate will be given priority.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Relevant university degree with previous experience in sales and marketing preferred.
Training certificates in Sales & Marketing are desirable.
Familiarity with Leasing Policies is a surplus.

Language(s): Excellent communication skills in English Arabic and versa.
