About the job

Primary purpose of job

lmplement, maintain and support QatarEnergy Governance Programs, ensuring effective embedding of and compliance with the governance frameworks, and manage the day to-day operations of the training and director engagement activities.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in various positions relating to Corporate Governance, lnternal Controls, Change Management, Training and Communications related areas in the Oil and Gas and/or petrochemical industry;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • Ability to draft targeted communications for change management activities and for training and development roll-out;
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Work under supervision and collaboratively as team player with members of Legal Department, as well as other stakeholders;
  • Advanced expertise and skills in word and data/information processing, incl. MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
  • Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline (Business, Communications) Postgraduate qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Governance/ Business/ Communications is a plus
