Dubai based Multinational Group of companies require Communication event coordinator / personal Secretary (SINGLE FEMALE) only, Preferably a master’s degree in journalism/ BBM / mass communication with event management experience internationally.
- Support directly as the go-to person for all needs including daily administrative calendar management, travel scheduling International, manages a high volume of travel schedule
- Collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
- Coordinate prepare meeting room for appointments, coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Always available, mobile, and open to travel
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with high profile with professionalism and Confidentiality
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential
