Communications Event Coordinator / Personal Secretary

Dubai based Multinational Group of companies require Communication event coordinator / personal Secretary (SINGLE FEMALE) only, Preferably a master’s degree in journalism/ BBM / mass communication with event management experience internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support directly as the go-to person for all needs including daily administrative calendar management, travel scheduling International, manages a high volume of travel schedule
  • Collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
  • Coordinate prepare meeting room for appointments, coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates

  • Always available, mobile, and open to travel
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with high profile with professionalism and Confidentiality
  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential
