Commercial Support Executive


As a Commercial Support Executive, you will act as a specialist, working on a variety of tasks to support the strategic objectives of the commercial organization and share best practices including specification support, product advice, approval librarian, you’ll need to be a strong partner for colleagues in sales and other relevant teams.

Here are some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • CRM Opportunities Pipeline
  • Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS
  • Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving)
  • Support for customer product queries – basic technical advice
  • Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals)
  • My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers)
  • Read and interpret the technical specifications, BOQ, estimations etc.
  • Technical submittals (tenders).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

The role will be based in Qatar.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and connect the technical value proposition with commercial and business requirements.

You should also have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or an equivalent course.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in Arabic.
  • Highly customer-oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create short-term sales results and long-term customer relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
