Assist in managing clients’ insurance programmes with a view to enhance Marsh’s client service delivery; help towards achieving agreed client objectives, ensuring client access to full range of Marsh’s services / capabilities, and building relationship with insurance markets / business partners.
Work closely with the Client Executives (CEs) / T1 (sales) team and the Claims Executive for managing client accounts and / or claims handling; and drive achievement of short and long-term revenue and profitability goals;
Work with the CEs and the Placement team on renewals / new business placements as per thresholds agreed with the Placement team.

Ensure operations are fully aligned and adhering to local laws and regulations in co-ordination with Compliance team;
Support the operations on IT related aspects and manage administration.
Establish good working relationships with colleagues at all levels within Marsh, Clients, and (Re)Insurance Markets.
Provide prompt support to clients and Marsh colleagues.
Assist in sales activities of the T1 and CEs team.
Work with the CEs and the Placement team to secure renewals / new business placements, as per thresholds agreed with the Placement team.
Work in coordination with the Credit Controller & the Finance team to reconcile the accounts statement from insurers against that of Marsh and communicate with the insurer / client to resolve any discrepancies.
Work in co-ordination with the Credit Controller, CEs & the Finance team to support the collection of the outstanding receivables from clients..
Client / Industry relations
Understand the client’s business and risk profile, its products, developments, structure, financial position, politics, market position and aspirations.
Know the client, particularly the decision makers, build and maintain relationships with them.
Determine the client’s risk management needs and ensure the team is fully aware of their risk philosophy.
Keep up to date with market and technical developments.
Ensure adherence to Marsh Compliance policies and procedures;

Actively support the Anti Money Laundering Policy of Marsh and AML regulations in Qatar;
Comply with the Marsh’s Errors and Omissions avoidance procedures to ensure that no Errors and Omissions occur;
Work with the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Management team to ensure compliance needs are fully met and activities are aligned to QFCRA guidelines / rules.
Learning and Development
Acquire professional Insurance qualifications – A.C.I.I or equivalent in a three year time-frame.
Learn principles of insurance and its practice, Broking and Marsh Way of engaging with clients and markets, Business ethics.
Other duties as may be required from time to time.
