- Make announcements in English and Arabic and pages the relevant person the visitor or co-workers asked to see
- Operates the switchboard in a professional manner
- Attends the calls and queries promptly and courteously.
- Operates the store paging and music system
- Ensures awareness of all emergencies and evacuation procedures and list codes
- Deals with internal operator issues
- Handles routine customer complaints promptly and courteously
- Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance
- Ensures all customer’s queries are attended to in a professional manner
- Compiles and supports FAQ details for ease of use
- Improving customer service in the store and answering customers queries
- Minimum of high school qualification
- Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- 2 years experience in a similar role
