Call Center Operator


We are urgently looking for a Call Center Operator in Qatar.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm.
  • Personal integrity and self-management.
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Planning, organizing, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and listen to customers’ questions and concerns.
  • You will answer their questions about bank products and try to solve any problems they may have, following the company’s procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department when necessary.
  • Explain company policies and procedures courteously and patiently
