The Position

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our call center team. The right candidates for this position are required to have excellent verbal communication skills and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Timely and effectively reply to customers’ inquiries about insurance products & services.
  • Provide instant and effective support to customers regarding their onboarding journey.
  • Provide instant and effective support to customers regarding their claims.
  • Make outbound calls to educate customers about the products and services.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Al least 2 years of experience in customer care/customer service.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Good data entry skills.
  • Attention to detail.
