  • Coordinate with TZ lead, Pod Leads, and Business Manager to identify needs and submit vendor resource requests
  • Oversee SOW and PO creation across various regions/countries, ensuring efficiency and compliance across a complex, global landscape
  • Work closely with internal Microsoft partner delivery groups to find skilled candidates within set rates
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of individual vendor resources with a commitment to data accuracy, operational efficiency and excellence
  • Monthly invoice review and approval to ensure Supplier billing is accurate and timely
  • Assist with Cost Center review and maintenance
  • Miscellaneous support for VDM Lead, TZ Leads, Pod Leads, and Business Manager (examples include reporting, tracking, projects)
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal groups and external suppliers to enable great experiences and ensure open channels of communication and operational excellence


  • Proven experience in the tech industry
  • Proven experience in business support/operations management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools and reporting
  • Medium to Advanced Excel Skill
  • Proactive, growth mindset individual who is self-directed, organized, and dependable
  • Experience in collaborating with expanded stakeholders and partners
  • Open, confident communicator, effective engagement at all levels of the company
  • High personal accountability and proven team collaboration capabilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of executive maturity and trust
