Pre Requisition: 

Candidate with prior experience in sales and marketing in Residency and Citizenship by Investment Industry. The core area of expertise in facilitation of Investment leading to Residency and Citizenship for High Networth Individuals.

KEY RESULT AREAS

As Manager-Sales & Marketing-BI, Target achievement through:

a) Planning & Market Research

b) Sales, Marketing & Business Development

c) Timely Reporting

Planning & Market Research

a) Ensure submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales & Marketing action plan.

b) Based on inputs, prepare the plan for the branch, in consultation with the BM.

c) Track action plan & its implementation to completion

d) Create a database of Business Clubs, Institutes, associations, etc. for purpose of analysis to increase market share and for tie-

e) Maintain an updated database/ folder of handouts/collateral/advertisements etc. of Competitors and their activities.

f) Ensure Implementation of the marketing plan as laid down by the marketing department at the H.O.

g) Anticipating, understanding, and exceeding client expectations and needs and Identify new clients for Overseas Markets.

h) Conduct Market analysis and analyze the market trend

i) Planning of marketing & branding strategies and their execution

Sales & Marketing

a) Responsible for generating a number of clients and revenue in the different categories as per the objectives specified by the HO.

b) Conduct the required number of webinars, seminars & presentations as specified by the HO.

c) Build Institutional Tie-Ups with prominent Institutes, Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Clubs, etc.

d) Achieve the monthly and quarterly Sales targets as specified by the HO.

e) Extend all cooperation and support to the customer care division for achieving customer

f) Promote Advantage World Wide to the clients.

g) Manage relationships of super HNI clients, retaining & enhancing relationships.

Reporting

a) Forward daily/weekly report on:

i. Number of Prospects contacted.

ii Number of qualified applicants contacted.

iii. Number of clients made

iv. Kilometers traveled in the designated territory/outside

v. Selling expenses incurred and any deviation from the standard performance.

b) Submit reports regarding client feedback/complaints to the customer care department.

c) Submit daily reports of marketing activities/initiatives to Branch Manager/HO in the specified format and at specified intervals.
