Job Details:

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on Real Estate trends with a view to developing new services, properties, and zones.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Cold call as appropriate with known investors and owners to ensure a robust pipeline of partner recruitment and to train and drive opportunities for partners.
  • Visit and meet potential partners and support existing partners to drive new business with solutions and services, by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your people network.
  • Identify potential partners and the decision-makers.
  • Research and build relationships with new partners.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the partners’ clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Attain daily insight on market growth and expansion
  • Obtain new listings in multiple areas to accommodate all our provided services. Brokerage, management, and marketing. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
  • Knowledge of local real estate market, inspect and appraise homes to determine fair market value, write and give listing presentations
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
