As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work with the developing marketing, leasing, retail and F&B teams to drive consistency in executing Alhazm business development strategies, as well as driving our footfall to improve and deliver value on key business initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and acquiring a suitable new tenant portfolio and managing performance, forecasting, and generating overall revenue.
- Drive overall revenue growth by capitalizing on sales opportunities and effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to prospects.
- Coordinate with the Commercial team for all requirements to support Leasing and Marketing Activities.
- To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget
- Preparation and development of marketing and annual event plans/calendar
- Negotiation to win orders with the most beneficial commercial and financial terms.
- Establishing a network of commercial relationships with intermediaries and the wider business community.
- Driving relevant internal business development meetings and subsequent actions.
Your Desired Skills
- 10+ years experience in the B2B Luxury industry with a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and building long-lasting strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Have a strong business acumen, with a desire to drive results.
- Dynamic, quick learner and proactive individual with the ability to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Strong ability to proofread
