  • Full understanding of the developed Brand Strategy
  • Formulating simple strategic briefs that answer to business needs and follow Brand and Communication strategy
  • Lead the implementation of all brand communication activity own media, monitor and recommend feedback to the overall process whenever required in accordance to set branding guideline and agreed schedules, in order to ensure that the activity is run optimally to add value for the business.
  • Manage the effective achievement of objectives through the leadership of the department and the setting of individual objectives
  • Recruit and train employees on the branding programs
  • Design, implement and review set branding guidelines of the company, in order to ensure all functions, adhere to them at all times, in order to promote corporate wide brand awareness
  • Develops and manages the business’s brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand’s equity.
  • Oversee development and implementation of the creation of all marketing campaign materials, in order to ensure deliverables and materials are in line with the company’s marketing, branding and communications strategy and policies as well as delivered to time and budget.
  • Monitor the implementations of all marketing communication activity bought and owned media and recommend feedback whenever required in accordance to set branding guideline and agreed schedules, in order to ensure that the activity is run optimally to add value for the business.
  • Lead and manage core agency relationships (advertising. media and design agencies)
  • Lead and monitor collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration in the marketing communication activities to create optimal result for the bank.
  • Provide customer communication across bought and own media
  • Responsible for own media, developing the rolling marketing calendar and scheduling the usage thereof across all business lines
  • Provide customer communication, manage the marketing office and the procurement of bought media
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
