Job Description

The Chaumet Boutique Manager based in our ‘Place Vendôme Mall’ in Qatar (Lusail City near Doha) will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, insuring High Jewelry sales performance, profitability, Brand recognition, team development, superior customer service and customer database building and development.


  • 4 Sales Associates

Responsibilities – The Boutique Manager

  • Achieves monthly and yearly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand
  • Sets monthly objectives for all Sales Associate and motivates team on a daily basis
  • Develops high Jewelry sales and develops an international client portfolio -responsible for developing the customer database, recruit new clients and build loyalty with repeaters
  • Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
  • Is responsible for the overall training and development of Sales Associates and reviews their performances (coaching, one to one)
  • Holds briefings to ensure consistent communication and information level
  • Upholds company’s customer service standards
  • Proposes local activation opportunities and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase traffic and boost sales
  • Manages Boutique Stock reviews stock levels and communicates product needs
  • Is responsible for the Boutique administration (cash flow, shipments, repairs, security)
  • Ensures team understanding and adherence to Maison policies and procedures
  • Ensures that all visual directives are respected and executed (merchandising, team grooming)
  • Represents the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique


  • At least 8 years of management experience in the luxury retail environment
  • Expertise in High Jewelry sales and events
  • Very good general education
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
  • Fluent in English and French, Russian is a definite asset
  • Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • A natural leader with good interpersonal competencies and empathy
  • Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to develop a network
